Saturday afternoon was a perfect visit because I could shop for precious little bits of junk (and I mean that in the nicest way) talk to Jane about everything at once, meet the other fine shopkeepers of Saluda and eat a yummy salad from the Saluda Grade (I highly recommend the Nutty Squirrel with grilled chicken. Be sure to ask for Heather if you go there - she doesn't write anything down when you give your order and it's always perfect.)
